The Purge (War Day 8/24/2014)

Kali was hyping up “The Purge” towards the awards. Those familiar with the film knew it was another War Day. As usual it ran for 24 hours starting at midnight. So how was it?

It was the most lopsided, worst War Day for many reasons. Sinners & Omerta formed an alliance; Honey Badgers. They farmed non-Sinners and non-Omelets forcing few members from other gangs to ally. They never had enough to take on the large Honey Badger numbers until the final hours. By then most Honey Badgers quit to protect their boosted kill/death ratios earned through farming. They didn’t care about loners like Petal and Amanda. They didn’t care about the weakest gang, DA. They didn’t dare to challenge Black, Maya and Distansa when they appeared to even the odds. The flag they hanged on top of city hall sums up their attitude.

Was there any highlights? The biggest one was Fyng who fought spectacular the whole day topping everyone in kills with 25 for the cost of 3 deaths. Next up is Amy (21-2) who stolen many kills at the expense of her allies; some nasty IMs about her went around. Third was JJ (17-4) who took some big risks that paid off. Fourth was Cosmo (16-6) who fought admirably while making a lot of noise in every chat. Rounding out the top 5 was Tyr (11-0) who killed, but couldn’t be killed. The only other who fought and didn’t die on War Day was Johnny (4-0). Another worthy mention is Distansa (7-1) who appeared late into the final hour and took out several Honey Badgers to boost her way into the top 10. Why wasn’t she even nominated for Best Female Fighter? Slash (6-11) and Mofo (4-11) were tied for most deaths. What about that guy? Yeah you know what guy. That guy didn’t have a good day on his new main at least with 1 kill and 6 deaths. We won’t mention the person with the worst ratio at 0-5.

Award Results 2014

Kali appears when you do something outstanding or something horrible.

We had a feeling this years awards will out do last years upon walking in. What a extravagant night. Everyone dressed their best. Celebrity status. Kali was amazing. Fyng had some trouble DJing. Some trash talking through out. So there were some wrinkles. Anywhere else it wouldn’t be a perfect night. Award night in Syn. It was. Award Ceremony Tomorrow

Last year the awards was crummy with a select few #winning like Charlie Sheen. Can this year get better? Maybe if you don’t forget to cast your vote for the 2nd Annual Syn City Awards. Voting ends this Saturday at 3pm; ceremony begins a few hours later.

Word is…

Vipers have been broadcasting odd posts in rp chat that don’t make any sense. Word is these posts have a hidden meaning the ones being bashed will get.

Apparently Kali hosted a long meeting between bosses of Vipers and Sinners. Word is, strangely; both sides were able to come to a consensus on various topics. This is too good to be true. Did Kali threatened to close the sim?

Is there an election to rig? The timing of all these old faces (and alts too!) flooding in couldn’t be any better. Word is they are voting to make the awards this weekend more interesting.

   

Hello, I’m back in town. The annual awards is this weekend? Cool, where do I vote?

These arrogant Jr Mods believe they are above others and the rules. They are responsible for the most mod calls, blatant meta-gaming and worst behavior we have seen recently. Word is they got warnings, pulled out of fights and 24 hour bans. Many saw this train wreck coming.

Did Shink and his team of “griefer hunters” stop our daily dose of griefing? No, word is he was the one behind the griefing. Those in the know are familiar with his fascination of graphic card crashing dating back to late last year where he unfairly accused that guy. Yeah you know which guy. Yeah that guy. That guy along with his gang of griefing. Yet he performed demos where he can make “anyone disappear”. The hocus pocus worked so well others nearby disappeared too. Strange these problems “disappear” when he is gone. Its like that weird noobie looking bald guy who tried griefing his way into a admin role. The mighty hammer of ban ended that.

Crisis leveling up to 25 has sent the great Black into hiding. Why? Word is because like his Queen, the King’s biggest fear is humiliation. Levels decided the last fight between the two with Black barely living. Good news is we expect the great Black to come out of hiding soon when he levels up to 28 next week.

Omertà affiliated Ciprianis are popping up like wild flowers. Most wondering about their purpose. Word is the newer Ciprianis accounts are actually alts of existing members of the gang. They were created for role-play purposes. But that is not all, Omertà has gotten so tired of their rival DA not pulling their weight that the Cipriani sub-group will be primarily fighting DA. Their stronger members will be reserved for fights against stronger gangs. Not a bad idea. Don’t you agree?

Sinners are making up for their poor job regaining former members by bitching at former snakes rejoining snakes. Word is they threw a pissy fit when Fyng asked Black about rejoining Vipers. After losing many former members to the snakes, they should pay some attention to the influx of former Sinners they missed. The latest one this week joined Omerta after wasting days courting Sinners. This will come back to bite them.

Two different sources confirmed a report regarding a high ranking Sinner. Word is she told some friends in other gangs that she is upset with another high ranking member. Specifics were not given out of respect. From what we gathered she isn’t comfortable dealing with the serious matter. If this goes through; Sinners will suffer a major blow.

That one guy is back. Yeah you know which guy. That guy we are still talking about on a regular basis long after he was banned. That one guy other Vipers have been sharing their main accounts with in fights. That one guy who claims he has moved on. Word is that one guy is back again. Yeah he has another account. Yeah we know the drill. Mods know too.

It’s the return of…

Everyones favorite cop Fyng isn’t the only former boss to return, there was a sighting of the former boss of Sinners; Precious. This youthful minx trapped in a cougars’ body visit was a quiet one staying close to Zeke. But Zeke made some noise about it in rp group chat:

[11:53] Zeke Bekkers: gets a text and pulls out his phone. he smiles as he looks at it and responds “on my way”. he grabs his jacket and heads to the bus station to pick up Presh.

(For those that are wondering, he picked her up and brought her to the homeless shelter)

What will her next move be? Will she stand by her man and join her biggest enemy? The Vipers?  What about the Sinners? There is no place like home, right? She is the founder, the mother, maybe a proud mother if she saw all the ass they been kicking.

Shortly after Precious left we saw another old face return, Buddy. Cruising in his classic hot rod he reminded us that he was the man at the Viper garage. His other tastes didn’t change as he picked up a hoe and spent some quality time with her back at his place.
